If this resonates with you,
and build the new physical world with me.

Brief TLDR
By day, I’m building Padox - a cryptographic trust layer for both the physical and built world. It starts with housing, but expanding into defense, logistics, and any system where assets change hands. I’ve worked *extensively* in real estate investment, crypto - and I’ve been building things my whole life. I started in a van under a Florida overpass - hustled my way out, now building the rails to remove bloated intermediaries. I’ve spent an unreasonable amount of time obsessing over how the physical world actually works - and how to rebuild it with better infrastructure.
1. Why Hardspace, why now
I’ve spent years chasing a strange obsession: how trust works in the physical world. Not in theory. In motion.
Born in 2003, I’m “web native” - raised where everything digital moves effortlessly. So I’ve wondered: why is it still so hard to move, buy, or prove something in the *real world* without friction?” Why do borders, buildings, and bureaucracy still feel like they run on fax machines?
That’s where Hardspace comes in. It’s a space to track what’s changing - and what’s still stuck. Real Estate, logistics, defense, identity, movement.
I’m not writing from the sidelines. I’m in it. Lived it. Building, testing, getting it wrong, getting it slightly more right.
I don’t know exactly where this goes, but I know the ground is shifting. This newsletter is how I’ll map it in real time.
If you’re obsessed with infrastructure, movement, trust, or the weird edge between physical and digital - welcome.

2. What kind of community am I looking to build?
Curious people who care about how the real world actually works - and how it could work.
Founders, investors, engineers, students. Anyone who’s tired of waiting for permission to break broken systems: housing, finance, logistics, movement, trust.
This is for people who want to follow a builder in real time - the wins, the pivots, the thinking behind the product. Not theory. Not vibes. Just signal.
3. Why Go Paid?
Because alignment > attention.
If you want to follow someone building real-world systems from first principles - and help fuel that process - this is how you show it.
What you’ll get:
-
Monthly deep dives on what I’m building, breaking, or learning.
-
Private notes from what’s working (and what’s next)
-
Drafts and frameworks before they’re public.
-
The occasional Q&A or essay draft - before it drops.
-
The occasional detour - cars, control, cryptographic trust - it’s all connected.
It’s $6/month - not for content, but for conviction.
